Booking and trailer availability
How do I know if a trailer is available?
At LoueMaRemorque.ca, trailer availability is checked online, in real time, with no phone call and no account. Click the Book button, choose the service point (Blainville, Mirabel, Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, Saint-Eustache or Victoriaville), the type of trailer you want, then your dates and pickup time. The site queries each location’s inventory directly and only shows trailers that are actually free for the period requested.
If the model you want is not available at the location you chose, the search shows you the other service points where it is, with the address and a map link. You can also open each service point’s page, which lists the trailers attached to that location. The price for the period is shown before payment, once the trailer, the location and the dates are confirmed.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. At LoueMaRemorque.ca we recommend booking in advance so the trailer you want is waiting at the service point at the pickup time you chose. Trailers are spread across five locations and each model exists in limited quantity; a confirmed booking holds the trailer for you and removes those dates from the availability shown to other customers.
Booking is done entirely online in a few minutes: choose the location, the model, the dates and the departure time, then pay by credit card. No account is required. If something changes your plans, reach us by phone at (514) 603-5683 or by email at info@louemaremorque.ca during opening hours. The busier the period (weekends, July moving season), the wiser it is to book early.
Service hours
What time can I pick up a trailer?
At LoueMaRemorque.ca, a trailer is picked up during the opening hours of the service point you chose, and those hours are displayed at the booking step, when you select your date and departure time. Each location is hosted by a partner business and therefore has its own schedule; that is why the site only offers departure times that location can honour.
The last pickup accepted is 30 minutes before the service point closes, to leave time for hitching and checks. The pickup time you choose marks the start of your rental period: a one-day rental is 24 hours from that moment. If you are deciding between two locations, compare their hours directly in the booking form before confirming.
What time can I return a trailer?
At LoueMaRemorque.ca, a trailer is returned without an appointment, at the service point where you picked it up, at the return times offered for that location. Those times vary from one service point to another: some locations accept a return at any hour, others only during the opening hours of the partner business that hosts them. That is why the booking date picker only offers, for the return time, the slots that are possible at the chosen location.
So check the available return times in the date picker when you book, and choose a period that ends in an offered slot. A one-day rental ends 24 hours after the chosen pickup time; a one-week rental, seven days later. If you think you will need the trailer longer, choose the right period when you book: it sets the price and guarantees the trailer is not promised to another customer.
What time can we call?
At LoueMaRemorque.ca, you can reach us by phone at (514) 603-5683 during our opening hours, and by email at info@louemaremorque.ca at any time. Phone calls are mostly for questions the site does not settle: a particular equipment need, a question about hitching to your vehicle, or a change to an existing booking.
To check availability or book, the fastest route is still the site itself: it shows in real time which trailers are free at the five service points and lets you book in a few minutes, day or night, without waiting for a call back. A contact form is also offered on the Contact page and at the bottom of every service point page; we reply during opening hours.
Rental period
What rental periods are offered?
At LoueMaRemorque.ca, trailers are rented by the day, by the week or by the month, and the period is chosen directly in the booking form along with the dates. The day covers 24 hours from the pickup time, the week covers 7 consecutive days, and the month, the longest period offered, suits job sites and projects that run long.
The rate depends on the model and the period. By the day, it starts at $60 for a utility trailer, at $70 for an enclosed trailer, at $80 for a flatbed and at $135 for a dump trailer. The exact price of each trailer for each period is shown on its page when you enter the dates, before payment. Whatever the duration, pickup happens during the service point’s opening hours and the return is made at the return times offered for the location.
Can I book a trailer for a block of hours?
No. At LoueMaRemorque.ca, the minimum rental period is one day, meaning 24 hours from the chosen pickup time. It is not possible to book a trailer for only a few hours, even for a quick round trip. This minimum applies to every category: enclosed, flatbed, dump and utility trailers.
In practice the day remains a good deal even for a short trip: you pick up the trailer at a time that suits you during the service point’s opening hours, you return it when you are done, without an appointment, in a return slot offered at that location, and you pay the one-day rate, from $60 for a utility trailer. If your project runs longer, the one-week and one-month periods are offered in the same place in the form and cost less per day than several single days added together.
What counts as a one-day rental?
At LoueMaRemorque.ca, a one-day rental is a full 24 hours from the pickup time chosen when booking. For example, a trailer picked up Saturday at 10 a.m. is returned before Sunday at 10 a.m., at the same service point. Pickup must happen during the location’s opening hours, shown at the booking step; the return is made without an appointment, at the return times offered in the date picker.
The day is the minimum and the most common period. Its rate depends on the model. By the day, it starts at $60 for a utility trailer, at $70 for an enclosed trailer, at $80 for a flatbed and at $135 for a dump trailer. The exact price of the trailer you chose is shown on its page once the dates are entered, before payment. If 24 hours is not enough, choose the week or the month instead.
What counts as a one-week rental?
At LoueMaRemorque.ca, a one-week rental is 7 consecutive days from the pickup time chosen when booking. A trailer picked up Monday at 9 a.m. is therefore returned the following Monday before 9 a.m., at the same service point. As with every period, pickup happens during the location’s opening hours and the return is made without an appointment, at the return times offered in the date picker.
The week is the middle period between the day (24 hours) and the month. It suits moves that stretch over several days, landscaping work, or any project where the trailer is used several days in a row. Its rate, specific to each model, is shown on the trailer’s page once the dates are entered; it costs less per day than seven days booked separately. The period is chosen in the booking form, in the same place as the dates.
What counts as a one-month rental?
At LoueMaRemorque.ca, a one-month rental is 4 weeks, meaning 28 consecutive days from the pickup time chosen when booking. It is the longest period offered online; it suits job sites, contractors and any project where the trailer is used continuously for several weeks.
The same rules apply as for the day or the week: pickup happens during the opening hours of the service point you chose, shown at the booking step, and the return is made without an appointment, at the return times offered, at the same location. The monthly rate depends on the model and is shown on the trailer’s page once the dates are entered, before payment; it is lower per day than the weekly rate. If you need the trailer for longer than a month, call us at (514) 603-5683 to arrange what comes next.
Use outside Canada
Can I book a trailer and drive to the United States?
Yes. At LoueMaRemorque.ca, our trailers have no borders and can be used outside Canada, including in the United States. Nothing in the booking prevents it: you book online as you would for local use, pick up the trailer at the service point you chose and return it to the same place at the end of the period.
We do recommend checking with your insurance company before leaving that your coverage protects the trailer and its contents outside the country, so that you are properly covered in case of an accident. Also plan a rental period long enough for the trip out, the stay and the trip back: a day is 24 hours, a week is 7 days, and the return is made at the original service point, at the return times offered when you book. For a specific itinerary, call us at (514) 603-5683.

Support and contact
I want to talk to someone. Is that possible?
Yes. At LoueMaRemorque.ca you can reach us by phone at (514) 603-5683 during our opening hours, and by email at info@louemaremorque.ca at any time. Our online platform is built to be simple, but technology is no substitute for human contact: for a question about hitching to your vehicle, choosing the right model or an existing booking, our team is there to guide you.
Before calling, three tools on the site answer the most frequent questions: “Which trailer do I need?” compares the models for your project, “What can I tow?” checks your vehicle’s towing capacity, and “Will it fit?” compares the dimensions of your load to those of each trailer. A contact form is also offered on the Contact page and on every service point page.
What is the simplest way to rent a trailer?
At LoueMaRemorque.ca, the simplest and most efficient way to rent a trailer is to book directly online. The site shows in real time which trailers are available at the five service points (Blainville, Mirabel, Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, Saint-Eustache and Victoriaville), lets you choose the period and the pickup time, shows the price before payment and sends you the confirmation by email, with no account to create.
If you are not sure which model to choose, the “Which trailer do I need?” tool compares enclosed, flatbed, dump and utility trailers for your project, from $60 per day for the smallest. On rental day, you pick up the trailer at the service point during its opening hours and return it to the same place, without an appointment, in an offered return slot. For a specific need, call us at (514) 603-5683.
Payment
What payment methods are accepted?
At LoueMaRemorque.ca, we accept credit card payments only. Payment is made online, at the last step of the booking, once the location, the model, the period and the dates are confirmed and the total price has been shown. The booking is only guaranteed once the payment is accepted; you then receive the confirmation by email.
No other method is accepted: no bank transfer, no cash, no debit card at the service point. The partner businesses that host our service points do not take payments on behalf of LoueMaRemorque.ca; everything goes through the site. This rule applies to every period, day, week or month, and to every trailer category. If you have a question about a transaction, write to us at info@louemaremorque.ca or call (514) 603-5683 during opening hours.
Do you accept bank transfers?
No. At LoueMaRemorque.ca, bank transfers are not accepted, nor are cash or debit cards. The only payment method is the credit card, used online at the last step of the booking, after the total price of the chosen period is displayed. That payment is what confirms the booking and holds the trailer for you on the requested dates.
This rule applies to every customer, individuals and businesses alike, and to every rental period. It lets us confirm the booking immediately, without waiting for a transfer to arrive, and keeps the availability shown on the site accurate in real time for the five service points. If your business needs a receipt or an invoice for its accounting, write to us at info@louemaremorque.ca after booking.
